Los símbolos Judíos se crearon principalmente, por la prohibición tan grande que hace años sufrió este pueblo. A continuación, explicaremos el significado de algunos de ellos.

LA ESTRELLA DE DAVID.
Símbolo judío por excelencia. También se conoce como Estrella de Salomón o Estrella de la Creación.
Este símbolo reviste distintos significados: se refiere al cielo y la tierra, es decir a lo espiritual y a lo terrenal. También, es muy usado como adorno personal, en joyas, templos y tumbas judías.
El símbolo fue utilizado en Israel en las epocas romanas, pero parece ser asociado con le judaismo solamente en los ultimos siglos.
En el 17mo siglo se convirtio en una practica popular poner la estrella de David en el exterior de sinagogas, para identificarlas como casas judias; sin embargo, no esta claro porque este simbolo fue seleccionado para esto.
Hoy, la estrella de David es un simbolo universal reconocido por los judíos. Aparece en la bandera del estado de Israel, y es el equivalente israelí de la Cruz Roja que se conoce como el Magen David Adom.

El David en hebreo antiguo se compone de tres letras “Dalet”, “Vav” y “Dalet”. La letra Dalet en hebreo antiguo es realmente un triangulo. El Rey David utilizo la estrella como su firma.
Los seis-puntos simbolizan que el dios gobierna sobre el universo y nos protege contra las seis direcciones: Del norte, del sur, del este, del oeste, hacia arriba y hacia abajo.
El Rey David utilizo este símbolo en el campo de batalla como su protector como presagio del Dios.
